Shipping & Return Policy
1. Shipping
- We deliver reliably – Made to Order items prepared in 2–3 days, with secure, tracked shipping arriving in 2–6 weeks.
- Every order includes tracking so you can follow your parcel with confidence.
- You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready to ship.
- We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- Shipping fees, if any, are clearly calculated at checkout—no surprises.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid any delays.
2. Return
We accept returns only under these conditions :
- Delivered to the wrong address.
- Packaging is damaged or defective.
- Product is lost in transit.
- Item received is incorrect or does not match the description.
Whenever you return an item, a handling fee of £17 will be applied to cover processing and quality inspection costs. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns requested after 14 days may be declined or require the customer to cover reshipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, you’ll receive clear instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
Refunds or replacements are processed promptly after we inspect the returned item.
